Arriving from the SS3bis/E45 (Cesena, Città di Castello, Perugia, Foligno, Orte), take the Umbertide/Gubbio exit, then turn right towards Gubbio on the SS219, then right again after 1.5 km at Località Pieve d’Agnano, follow the tarmac road until you see signs for La Pomifera. Turn left (sharp curve downhill) and follow the signs.
Coming from the east (Gubbio, Fano, Ancona), follow the SS219 in the direction of Umbertide, waiting for the sign for Località Pieve d’Agnano on the left, just before arriving in Umbertide. It is strongly recommended to choose this route rather than the one that passes through Montelovesco, and above all to avoid the unpaved paths that branch off the SS219 (see map).
Arrive at the Perugia Ponte San Giovanni railway station and take the regional line to Umbertide.
